Good morning team;
Overall the tour being the first for a team barely a year old was a success. Of curse as any other project would demand, areas of improvement do exist;
1. Considering we have majority all sorts of the Talanta cup, we ought to have played our last game curtain raising for the play offs of the tournament
2. When we leave Nairobi we ought to be clear we’re playing what teams in what fields, Mussoli match was knee Jack kind of thing
3. Kes 2,000 to a team of 20 players is Kes 💯 or less per player, equivalent of boda fare. Let’s focus on team kitting eg soccer balls, uniform et al
4. If we’re all in western let’s purpose to be involved. Not an issue of us giving a wide berth just because they’re friendlies.
5. As we plan for friendlies, so should we for uniform cleaning. It wasn’t hygienic to spread uniform on the grass to dry of sweat then use when we could plan to clean, home it would even be cheaper. We MUST be ambassadors of hygiene just as we are of the game
6. God willing, a church event could as well be included in the trip. That would preach to the parents and youth that talent is God given and must be used for Gods work
7. Let’s plan for team bonfire to wind up the tours before we leave western.
8. Were in 2020, let’s all purpose to improve our share in the team. We noticed were a strong team, we must strive to be better team. We could do more friendlies or add another tournament to take part in this year.
9. Descipline: I found our descipline while were in western quite high. It’s my prayer we build on it even further. We were ok to play as subs, we moved together as a team, we followed our leaders’ words and obeyed requests.
