REPORT ON THE KFC TOUR TO WESTERN IN DECEMBER.

1.0. TERMS OF REFERENCE

On 22nd August 2019, The committee mentioned above was appointed by the KFC Team Captain Mr Jackson Oriedo to discuss on how the team can travel to Western in December for Friendly matches.

2.0. PROCEDURES

The committee used the following procedures during the discussions

3.0. FINDINGS

From the source stated above, the committee came up with the following findings

1. By December some members will have already travelled upcountry

2. Accommodation can be offered by some the members who come from the locality.

3. In December the cost of transportation will have increased

4. Some of the Members can offer their personal cars for transportation

4.0. CONCLUSIONS

1.The committee came up with a budget of Ksh83,000 which is categorised as below:

i). Transport Ksh55,000

ii). Officiators Ksh1,200

iii). Meals and drinks Ksh 25,000

iv). Ball for Donation Ksh1,800

2. Dennis Amido said he will offer accomodation to some players and in addition he will also give 80 KGs of Maize (20 Koros) for meals

3. On transportation Patrick Ndombi and Washington Olukalie will offer vehicles which need to be fueled

4. Anicoh Nathaniel and Wilson Murundu should be reached out concerning their vehicles and in addition one vehicle 7 seater will be hired

5. The dates for friendly have been suggested to be 14th and 15th of December

5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS

All members of the team are requested to cooperate as this discussions will be forwarded to them for further discussions and amendments.
